Having issues with a hard wire install of a Garmin 55 Dash Cam. When the installer first connected everything up, camera worked as it should but it knocked out the Central Locking system. Attempt 2, again cam worked AOK but this time the Heater control illumination and the vehicle rear lights were knocked out. In theory a simple enough install using piggy back connectors into the fuse box under the drivers side dash. But finding the right fuses is becoming a nightmare. Can anyone advise which fuses should be used to piggy back onto, need one that is ignition controlled and one with perminent power supply.
